Dotted lines are folds up (to make "valleys"). It's really four small paper airplanes connected in a circle so they chase each other around. I came up with this about two years ago and I'm doing this from memory. This particular one doesn't really spin much on the way down. I don't know why. But it does do the little dance on the floor at the bottom. Experiment a little. It descends about 3 feet/second, that varies with how sharply the folds are creased.
