The Bonneville Salt Flats in western Utah. This is where many land speed records are set.

I didn't get any pictures of the Salt Lake area. I didn't want to be distracted while learning to paraglide, so I didn't try to get pictures of that. I had one very scenic hike in the Wasatch mountains, but didn't want to carry the camera. Most photos taken on this trip were on very short hikes, normally I didn't take the camera with me on longer hikes.
