Crazy Horse Monument.  This is a private effort and the life's work of Korczak Ziolkowski.  Its huge, and will be the world's largest sculpture.  The head is 90 feet tall, and the whole statue will be 560 feet tall when done.  By comparison, the Mount Rushmore heads are 60 feet tall.
