Dear Mr. Blackburn,
I have recently found an antique paper airplane in
the window frame of a house that was built in 1730 and that has been with my
family since 1916. I have searched the internet and you seem to be the most
likely person to be interested in it. I would personally guess that the plane
is 100 to 150 years old although I have not got an expert to check it yet. If
you are interested I will send you a photo.
Best Regards,

Dear Ken,
I have attached a few photos of the paper
airplane, I found it on the first floor of our Georgian building in Dublin.
There is a photo of our shop on our website www.edwardbutlerantiques.com
and the airplane was resting on a shelf above the window on the right on the
first floor. As you can see from the photos the airplane has "God shall
punish the wicked" written over and over on both sides of the page, I
imagine that a child wrote the lines as punishment, or perhaps to practice
penmanship. If I can date it I will let you know, I should be able to get some
idea from the handwriting.
Regards,
